1. WHO WE ARE
These Terms and Conditions replace all previous Terms and Conditions and is effective from the date of issue as reflected above. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website (hereafter the “Program or Service”).
Battle Bear (Pty) Ltd is a small business committed to providing online business opportunities in helping people to start or grow their digital marketing agencies. Secondly, we also provide advertising services to existing companies who need external support to create brand awareness and market their products and services.
Battle Bear’s registered office is located at 13A Oxford Rd, Bedford Gardens, 2007, South Africa. We are a company registered in South Africa under company registration number 2019 / 566806 / 07.
Depending on the Program or Service purchased, these Terms and Conditions must be read with the Program Terms and Conditions, and /or the Services Terms and Conditions and accepting these terms and conditions also indicates your acceptance of the Program Terms and Conditions and/or the Services Terms and Conditions.
By using our Program or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then you may not use or Program or Service.
These Terms and Conditions form the Agreement between Battle Bear (Pty) Ltd hereafter the (“we”, “us”, “ours”) and the Client hereafter the (“you”, “yours”).
2. INTERPRETATION
The separate terms and conditions, section headings inserted into this Terms and Conditions has been inserted for convenience only and shall not be considered in its interpretation.
Any reference to the singular includes the plural and vice versa, any reference to natural persons includes legal persons and vice versa and any reference to gender include the other gender.
Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or a joint venture relationship between the Service Provider and the Client, and neither party shall be capable of binding the other to any obligation, as may be expressly contemplated and provided for herein.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa, the contra proferentem rule whereby an ambiguity may be interpreted against the party responsible for its drafting shall be excluded from the interpretation hereof.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Program or Service, and by using the Program or Service you agree to this Agreement, and you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.
